WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Free shipping is offered pan India. COD order charges are separate.
For international shipping, charges, duties, and taxes as applicable, will be payable by the customer.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO REACH ME?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 5-8 days from the date of dispatch for orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated delivery time, however, sale periods may take up to 48 hrs longer.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER DISPATCH IS DELAYED?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us on (support@doradori.in) and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
For orders within India, once dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
Prepaid express shipping orders take up to 5-8 business days.

Cash on delivery orders may take up to 10 business days.
COD charges will be applied on all COD orders.
COD charges as per the rates from the Courier company.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Restrictions include any item notified by our Courier partners to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time and may be subject to change.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.
India GST will be applied to orders dispatched within India.
Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
